Fall Speaking Tour: UT Austin McCombs School of Business

Published: November 19, 2013

Jaymin is an engaging speaker with strong examples that highly resonate with our students.  He is the only guest speaker that I brought back twice this year.  His message is that good!

I absolutely love UT Austin – what a great school, what a great campus, what a great city!  Truly an honor and pleasure to come and do two workshops with the McCombs school – one targeted to MBAs and one targeted to BBAs.  Both were really great, and the students asked some really insightful questions.  It’s so much fun to do a workshop when the students are really engaged.

One student wrote to me after the presentation:

“Your presentation about networking yesterday was absolutely wonderful, and your personal career experiences helped me a lot on how to become a networking rock star.  You have told me that everything about networking is in your book, and I am excited to read it.”

That is really great to hear.  The best part though, was that I got to see some of my “co-workers”.  Yes!  I am actually an on-staff career coach for UT Austin, so I got to meet some other members of the Texas MBA+ program and BBA Leadership Program that I had been interacting with via email for a while now.

That also means good news for McCombs MBA Students – you can leverage your coaching credits for some additional 1 on 1 time with me to get guidance on your career path.

I’m looking forward to even more partnerships with UT Austin in the coming years!
